"Local Flintshire photographer, Chris Noble has achieved Licentiate recognition with the British Institute of Professional Photography. Established in 1901, The BIPP is the qualifying body for professional photographers in the UK with over 3500 members covering every type of photography from aerial to underwater. Chris, who is based in Greenfield, Flintshire has been worked towards this qualification for over a year and this achievement marked a big step forward in his professional photography career. Working with mentor Llewellyn Robins gave Chris a new insight into pictorial photography and with Llewellyn's help Chris produced a panel of 20 photographs to the BIPP Qualification Board which was successful in giving Chris the recognition he has strived for. The qualification was also recognised by the Royal Photographic Society who have awarded Chris their Licentiate Qualification to go alongside the BIPP award. The RPS was founded in 1853 'to promote the Art and Science of Photography', a mission it continues to this day in the United Kingdom. Chris is now moving forward with his photographic career and currently has a number of projects in progress, which he hopes will bring him further recognition."
